First, the instrument


A. The power supply of the test instrument can output DC voltage 100V±2V. The measurement results can be accurate to within 5%, and the energy consumed on the test sample is guaranteed to be no more than 3W.


The instrument's voltmeter and ammeter accuracy is 2.5, and the range can meet the measurement requirements.


B. The inner electrode is composed of a steel ball having a total weight of 4 KG and a diameter of 5 mm. It must be treated with anti-oxidation before use.


C. The outer electrode is a copper plate. It must be treated with anti-oxidation before use and cleaned with ethanol.

Second, the preparation of test samples


A, sample preparation


Clean the surface of the sole to be tested with ethanol. The sole was washed with distilled water and allowed to dry under the specified conditions. It is forbidden to use organic substances that cause the sole to be corroded and swelled and deformed. The sole surface should not be subject to wear, and a 180*40MM conductive layer on the cleaned sole should be dried under the specified environmental conditions.


Measurement of the electrical resistance of the conductive coating.


The device for measuring the resistance of the conductive coating consists of three conductive metal columns with a top radius of 3 mm ± 2 MM. Two of the three poles are separated by 35MM ± 0.2MM. And connected by metal wires. The third column is 160MM ± 5MM from the midpoint of the other two columns and is insulated from the other two columns.


Place the coated conductive shoes on the specified metal column. The forefoot portion of the shoe is placed with two posts 35 mm apart and the heel portion is placed on the third post. All three posts must be in contact with the conductive coating. Then, the resistance between the first two sides of the three-pole column and the third column is measured by a prescribed test instrument, and the circuit principle measurement result is measured, and the resistance value must be less than 1 kΩ.


Third, anti-static shoes test conditions


Environmental requirements: temperature 20 ° C ± 2 ° C; relative humidity: 30% ± 3%.


A. Place the test sample under ambient conditions for more than 24 hours.


B. If the test cannot be carried out in the specified environment, the test must be completed within 5 minutes after the test sample is removed from the environment.


Fourth, anti-static shoes test steps


Fill the steel ball in the test shoes according to the regulations (if the height of the upper is not enough, you can not install all the conductive steel balls, you can use the insulation material to increase the height of the upper). The test sample of the assembled steel ball is placed on the specified external electrode, and the specified DC power supply is turned on between the inner and outer electrodes for 1 min.
